Ori Farms
Ori Farms:
“Ori” itself began as a bean to bar chocolate project, with a focus on sourcing ethical, transparently traded cocoa. “Ori” is referencing the origin of the beans. That same commitment to quality sourcing and processing of ingredients carried over as the business evolved into Ori Foods, a small café and bakery focused on thoughtful, seasonal cooking and pastries.
Ori Farms is a continuation of that work. Our goal is to grow flavourful, sustainably farmed fruit and produce, on a small piece of land in New Annan, Nova Scotia. It’s a way to supply Ori Foods directly, as well as other restaurants and customers, while making better use of the land.
Ori Farms is a small specialty fruit farm focusing primarily on high tunnel raspberries, alongside vegetables, flowers, and other berry and orchard crops.
