Dee Dee’s Ice Cream has been a beloved Halifax household name for over 20 years, known for its ultra-premium, homemade ice creams, sorbets, burritos, and other locally sourced treats. In June 2022, founder Ditta Kasdan passed the baton to new owners, Jenna Mooers and Lindsay MacPhee, who have continued to honour Ditta’s legacy while identifying opportunities to bring Dee Dee’s delicious, handcrafted products to even more community members.
